The project, located on the south side of Fucheng Avenue, Chengdu High-Tech Zone,is a upgrading project of Tianfu New Valley which is a known incubator construction enterprise.The total construction area covers 184200 square meters.
The project lies in the key entrance plaza of Tianfu New Valley,and functions as a five Stars hotel and a grade A office building.In addition, the most important role of the buildings is to reshape the corporate’s image of Tianfu New Valley.We choose the glass curtain wall and perforated aluminum to deal with the facade.When the aluminum smoothly stretches out on the glass curtain wall,it is just like the butterflies is flying in the sky.Because of the irregular changes of the radians,people can enjoy different feelings by standing on different positions.The glass oval between the two buildings is inspired by the cocoon.With the echo of the“butterflies” above,the entire buildings seems indicates that all small and medium-sized enterprises in this incubator will have a bright future just like the cocoon-broken butterflies.
