The Bid-Winning of Xinbei Middle School’Canteen and Dormitory Project
On November 11,Our company successfully won the bidding of Xinbei Middle School’Canteen and Dormitory Project in Chengdu Hi-tech Zone released by Chengdu Hi-tech Investment Group Co.,Ltd.
The project was located inside Xinbei middle school of Chengdu Hi-tech Zone.The net land area was 3840 ㎡，and the proposed construction area was 13786 ㎡.
The Implantation of the new buildings was just like a freshman in a new group who needed to be known,understood and eventually develop a harmonious relationship with others.In our design,the road familiar by the students,the daylighting side of the classrooms and the ventilation opening of the school were all reserved.In addition, under the elaborate choice of material and color,the new buildings could finally reach a coordination with the old buildings. And with its functional attributes,the new buildings would provide students and teachers dormitories,canteen,stands and elevated space for activity space.
We believe that such a modest and pragmatic“freshman”will certainly be welcomed among the students and will accompany them during their good time in the junior high school for three years.
