The Bid-Winning of Yixin Jiayuan Placement Housing Project in Zhonghe Area
On September 11,our company won the bidding of Yixin Jiayuan placement housing project released by Chengdu Hi-tech Investment Group Co., Ltd
The open tendering attracted many excellent design teams from all over China,Over 14 Class A architecture design institutes participated in this competition.Our company successfully broke through from the 14 institutes and won the bid eventually not just because of our comprehensive understanding of Chengdu’s regional culture, the development strategy of Tianfu New Area,and the requirements of local placement housing, but also our macro vision about the city’s development,our respect to Chengdu’s regional culture and our caring for the employment issues of the land-lost farmers.All those efforts finally came into an excellent design proposal which contains clear logic ,careful ideas and rich content.
Yixin Jiayuan was completed in 2014.During the constrution period,we further optimized our design,strengthened our site service support,and have made sure the execution effect stayed generally faithful to our design.We look forward to providing people a truly comfortable house,and we also look forward to another excellent works to come into being.
