This project is located in Zhonghe area of Chengdu High-Tech Zone..The net land area covers 74313.29 square meters,and the construction area covers 275350 square meters. The project plans to accommodate 2520 people with 2538 suites built.According to the requirements of resettlement housing index, although the 10 different apartment models shares the equal area number,the number of the sets varies.We cannot reach the proportion standard accurately if we follow the traditional way(setting different kind of apartment in different units.).So we adopt the standardized method to design a standardized core tube and indoor lobby.Therefore,the different types of house can be optionally matched in different directions.Under such design ,we can finally meet the proportion requirements.This project,outlines an amazing skylines through the group distribution and simple facade shaping.The overall design is simple with fresh color schemes and natural facade flowing,so that the distinctive harmonious style can be highlighted.In the project,our company focuses on the building proportion and scale,the depicture of details and the landscape shaping,thus by using the modern construction code,we successfully creat a harmonious sight there.
