This project is located in Shiyang industrial park of Chengdu High-Tech Zone,with land area of 11790 square meters and planning construction area of 50000 square meters.Automobile sales and  maintenance and office will be the main function of the project.Considering the demand of the private enterprise’s owners, we use high ceilings, split-level, hanging gardens, and high roof truss to create more space for owners to use in such limited plot ratio.At the same time, in accordance with our company’s design philosophy-ecological and environmental protection,we introduced some equipment and facilities such as rainwater collector,solar and vertical plants in the project.In this way we have made a pure commercial project to share the responsibilities of energy-saving and emission reduction.
