This project is a farmer resettlement community located in Dayuan group of Chengdu High-tech Zone. This project covers a net land area of 93.05 mu.Its planning households is 3300 with total construction area is 232511 square meters,of which the ground floor area is 182376.4 square meters  and the underground floor area 47305 square meters.In terms of the purpose,the residential construction area covers 166109.48 square meters, and the commercial area covers 14599.5 square meters.
The construction base of this project is special.On the east side of the land are four frontage high-rise slab buildings which is over 200 meters long in total.Taking into consideration of urban space, noise pollution and landscape penetrability, sunshine, wind and other aspects, we adopt the direction of the 45 degrees to layout the buildings so that we can optimize the living quality that may be influenced by the outside factors.Thus through the targeted apartment design,public facilities and landscape design,we can minimize the discomfort and anxiety emotion of the lost-land farmers when they first move to the new community.
Shuanghe resettlement houses IV enable us to update a new image of lost-land farmers  resettlement community.
